Different bridge question
Well, I thought I had an odd idea until i started seeing some of the oddball builds here lately. I'm thinking about doing a Tele build with wooden bridge, trapeeze tailpiece and lipstick pickups, maybe one-maybe two.
Does anyone know of a trapeeze small enough to do this with? I'm thinking one for a 335 would be too long. Maybe not. Any ideas? The other idea is string-though and come up over that wooden bridge but it might be too much angle/pressue on it. What do you guys think? |

Try both ways and see what works best for you.....Make you own tail piece (think Custum )....I made one for an acoustic out of a cookie trya I bought at goodwill and used the rest of it to make a pickguard for my Peavey Reactor.
