Top Loader Question

Hello all, Looking for a new bridge or new saddles for my 88-90 MIJ (E9+5) Tele. Are there any bridge/saddles that will replace the stock units? (offset 3right and 3left) Help, I'm getting lots of bridge slippage!

I swapped the bridge on my 97 am std for a callaham with the enhanced saddles; I'm really happy with it even though it was pricey !
Trouble with swapping bridges is you can't keep on trying all the different ones till you find what suits you. I read all the reviews I could find then went for that one.
I don't know how it would compare to a Glendale or a Wilkinson ( just 2 names that come to mind) but it is so much better looking than the standard 6 saddle bridge and the tone and sustain are vastly improved so for me it works !

I'm sure you will get loads of differing opinions, at the end of the day it's what suits you.

Just replace the bridge with a dual loader bridge from Guitar Fetish. You could go the basic or the Wilkinson with compensated saddles. You might have to plug and redrill some holes but you could make it a top-loader or later drill it for string through.

I got a Wilkinson (with compensating saddles) on my #1 gal. I think it's just great. My opinion though... Regards.
