Tele pickups

Turns out my original '75 isn't original as the neck pickup has been replaced. I'd like to replace it with a '70s pickup. Can anyone tell me what to look for to differentiate a '70s pickup from a new one?

Also, anyone have a '75 pickup they're looking to get rid of (mods, let me know if that last request is in the wrong place).
