The website pings by domain name but will not pull up by that or by IP address

Firefox (I use Google Chrome) specifically says this;

The page isn't redirecting properly

This generally means the server is down or is undergoing maintenance

You guys are pretty hard on the Stew Mac folks. Go into a machine shop and see what it will cost you to make some of that stuff.... try double the price.

Now granted, I don't buy half the stuff they sell because I don't have the repair side of things going on, but I bet most of that stuff is a time saver and worth it to a busy shop, especially ones that don't want to mess around making the tools all the time. That aluminum radius beam is the thing I'd like to have. Some day...I hope....

Stew Mac sells good quality stuff. I have used enough junk to know it is pretty darn good. You'll love that aluminum radius beam. Remember the backside of it is perfectly flat too. I even sand down my wood picks with it, radius frets and boards. Use it to clamp the frets in place when refretting.
I have equipped myself with a lot of Stew Mac stuff and have not regretted or had a problem with one purchase. 3 builds with 2 of Bubinga (hard and heavy) and a bunch of rebuilds and nothing has broken or worn out yet.

+1 to those comments.

I have a fair amount of their tools and they're all good quality. Yes, some of the specialized tools you could cook up yourself, but sometimes it's not worth the trouble. If you figure what your time is worth and factor that in, their stuff is usually pretty reasonable.
