Start Date for 2012 Build Challenge Announced

The 2012 Build Challenge will start on Wednesday, March 14th. The full rules will be disclosed between now and then. The Challenge will end (all work completed and posted) on Monday, May 14th.

As with last year a video of the guitar being played will be required.

BUT NO CHEATING... we're going to release a "proof of life" item that will be required in more than just the first photo with the wood you're going to use. It will be required at various steps along the way as you build. So, don't think you can get an early start and we won't know.

Beside which -- you wouldn't want that kind of Karma now would you?

Couldn't you get Mike to print it for you? Doesn't matter where it's printed, right?

No one over the age of 120.

And you must be tall enough to see the top of your workbench... but there is no restriction on the height of said workbench.

Matters not.....rock crushes lighter, scissors cut laser beam.

This is gonna be so far over my head being a newbie builder, but I can't wait to jump in and stir things up a bit.
