Strat necks are different at the heal to a Tele neck. Teles are more square, Strats are rounded. I would use that neck on a strat or on a tele as it is.

Why not do it yourself?

A couple basic tools and some sandpaper, and Bob's your uncle.

as far as the heel goes i just test fit it on a tele body i have and its a decent fit as is. if i have to reshape it a bit i can do that no problem but the headstock is what im more worried about.

http://www.tdpri.com/forum/attachmen...headstocks-pdf gives you just about every headstock Fender ever (?) produced (these are Ed Hawley's drawings?). Print the tele to 100%, cut out and fit it on the strat head. You'll soon see if it'll work and what's needed. It is doable, just depends on how much effort you are prepared to invest. Just to see if it could be done I did this; http://www.agileguitarforum.com/showthread.php?tid=1436

If you square up the Strat neck heel, your screw holes will no longer be aligned with the body holes. A Strat neck can be put directly on a Telecaster. The main problem is a standard pickguard will show gaps in the corners.

I bought a great pine body from Marc Rutters (a forum member) and he gave me the option of routing the neck pocket for a Strat neck, so don't consider that to be a big obstacle.

There's lots of aftermarket necks with 'tele' heel on them, some have a 'strat' head on them, but will fit a square pocket.
I don't know which OP has, 'real' strat or aftermarket.
