My new Tele build 99% finished Pic heavy

Hi All just wanted to show you all my project. I started with a MIM tele body in need of TLC and a little more after strip sanding nitro color I mixed myself as close to wine as I could get then nitro clear a lot of sanding and buffing. Here is what is in it WD music 22 fret with ebony fretboard. Tonerider Hot Classics Matched set. CTS pots, switch, and jack. .047 orange drop cap with treble bleed. single ply 50s pickgaurd Wilkinson Compensated bridge w brass saddles and wilkinson locking tuners. as you can see I still have to install the tuners and nut waiting on the nut.

This is what I started with

just getting the color on

and here it is at 99%

Looks good. I really like that green color too. Looked like Hosta Leaf Krylon.

Nice job on the finish. I like wine red on guitars. Tell us how
the Tonerider pickups sound after it's all together.

I didn't care for the green, to pea soupy for me, but that red really looks good, but I'm partial to burgundy colors I've got an Ibanez and my Lucille is the Gibson red so as I say partial. Looks great though, nice job.
What tint did you use for the Nitro? I've got some Mixol I'm going to use when I do the burst on my tele, that looks like it worked real good.

Regards,

Don

Cool, thanks for the reply. If the mixol doesn't do it for me, I'll check that out. Thanks again.

Regards,

Don

Hi!
Great looking guitar, I love the color!
However, Sorry if this is a bit off topic, but why are those round holes for, the one in the neck pocket, and the three over the wiring channel?
