Does anybody out there in Tele-land know if a Vintage Fender Parts (Bridge, Control Plate, etc.) will fit Mex Tele Body ?
Thanks

Depends on the Mex Tele body. The early Mexican Standards had top loader bridges that mounted with three screws. If you have a Mexican Telecaster with string through holes and four mounting screws, any vintage style bridge will work.

DON`T THINK vintage bridge will fit any body that had modern bridge before. holes are not in the same position. i`m not 100/100 shure but i think it is that way. other opinions?

We're talking Mexican Telecasters with modern bridges ............ not American Telecasters with modern bridges.

Your DON'T THINK only applies to American Telecasters with the modern bridge.
