Home-built tele with bigsby
Hi,
My brother in-law built himself a tele. Since he doesn't post on tdpri and I enjoy looking at other people's creation I thought I would share it with you guys. He built the body from scratch. The neck is Warmoth but he finished it himself. It's a mahogany with a maple top. Pickups are Gibson (I'll have to ask exactly which model), vintage type tuners, Black Tusq nut and while it used to be string-through he recently installed a Bigsby. I got a chance to play it and it's a real keeper. It's called the Thinline ES, the ES because of the pickups and wood choice. ![]() ![]() ![]() Full Album: http://s44.photobucket.com/albums/f8...Thinline%20ES/ |

If you look closely you can see the upper corner edges are slightly round. |
