contour Jig Theory - still in my head right now

I got me another one of those crazy jig theories that needs to be tried.
I'll be using a couple pieces of MDF, my 3" belt sander, a c-clamp, and a couple of flat surfaces.



Limitation is only one side at a time could be carved - not the end of the world though.

I'll let you know how it goes, when I get to the point when I need to do a bunch at a time.
