guitar in a box

well received my Cocobolo wood today 40 lbs worth, This will turn into hopefully something beautiful... 2.5 - 3 inches hollowed out body, I excpect a ton of sawdust, will have my eyegear and breathing mask ready to go, one time I did not cover my face and I had a crapload of brown sawdust in my nose, ears, all over, that was a nightmare

another day, 4-5 hours of jigsawing and routing and cleaning up, this wood is so hard, that i probably needed a bandsaw to do this , I cut each one to approx size and then routed the top and bottom to approx 1/4 inch, so much saw dust it was crazy
