Baritone neck info needed

I have someone inquiring about a tele baritone neck build. It needs to fit a standard body. What scale and how many frets do these normally have. I think if I know these specs I think I can work out the details.

Thanks
Joe

The no longer produced Fender Telecaster Subsonic had 22 frets and a 27 in. scale length. The Warmoth baratone conversion necks have 24 frets and a 28 5/8 in. scale.

What scale is considered "standard" for a baritone?
