Good place to buy Book Matched Maple Veneer

What are some recommended websites/companies to buy Book Matched Quilted, Curly and Flamed Maple Veneer?

Looking for reasonable prices.

I have no idea what is a "reasonable" price for a figured maple top, but here is a place to start...

LMII

By the way, "veneer" usually refers to much thinner stock than what you'd use as a guitar top. Veneer is usually as thin as .025" (and is very cheap) while tops are usually no thinner than 1/4".

Nice flamed maple - bookmatched or otherwise - guitar top blanks can be bought on ebay. Just look for them.

AJ, in my (limited) experience I have used flamed maple veneer for a guitar face and was not too impressed with it. Somehow, I lacked the depth and 3rd dimension of the actual material.
Maybe I was doing something wrong but I did later read about someone else having the same experience. I've used 1/4" or thicker ever since.
