Single P-35 Tele Wiring Problem
The 100 dollar tele challenge got me wanting to start my own first build (which has ended up being over 100 sadly

The pickup has two wires i.e. two distinct metal wires that you can solder, correct? Try wiring it with the red one hot and the black one ground. If that doesnt sound good, reverse them. Use standard wiring diagrams and you should be fine.
If this is a humbucker don't expect to get any center-tapped wiring solutions to work without a little (or perhaps a great deal) of work. |
