Neck mounting holes - Musikraft neck, Guitar Mill body

Got a slight dilemma...

I ordered a body from Guitar Mill which as not yet arrived. I don't know when it will arrive.

I ordered a neck from Musikraft, which has just arrived.

The neck looks beautiful - great finish, nice looking fretwork (though I'll level anyway), beautiful board...

The issue is that while I ordered the neck WITHOUT neck mounting holes so that I could be sure it'd line up with my body, it has arrived WITH the holes drilled.

I had planned on putting a decal on the headstock of this neck, and finishing over the decal (the neck is already finished, beautifully) while I waited for the body to arrive, thereby saving myself like a week of lag time while things are being coated, dried, sanded, buffed... but now I'm wondering if I shouldn't hold off.

My question is, are the tolerances between these companies tight enough that I'm really not going to have an issue, or might I have an issue? I know that people have built guitars using these companies for neck/body before, but I'm wondering if they did it w/ the holes pre drilled, or not pre drilled? Should I really just wait? Ugh. I've already been waiting for 2 months!

I held the neck up next to a fender neck, and the holes seem to be in the same exact spots.

Thanks for any insight.

I wouldn't be concerned. I would bet money the two will mate right up without a problem.

I'm with jwells...I have installed five Musikraft necks and they lined right up with Warmoth, Fender, and of course, Musikraft, bodies.

If they are a hair or two off, you can enlarge the neck holes in the body slightly for alignment.
