Thanks again guys for all the great comments.It was a blast building and even better giving to him that night.Something I will never forget.Kinda shocked to see it pop back up after so long.
Kind of funny though.I have a friend coming here from Alaska at the end of the month.He just mentioned last night that we have to make sure we go "visit" the guitar so he can have a look at it
