'Round Midnight - Need Scale Help

I've got my debut jazz gig coming up (gtr, bass, piano trio). I need some help on what scale(s) I should use on Monk's tune 'Round Midnight. I'm guessing Eb minor (harm. or melodic) but I'm not sure.

Any help is most appreciated.

Choices

The Real Book changes are pretty similar, different in a couple of spots:

Here's a rundown of scales you can use. These aren't the only choices by any means, just a place to start. And these are just the chord scale equivalents, NOT the modes, e.g. I might say "Db" for a ii-V instead of "Eb Dorian" and "Ab Mixolydian," etc.

1st bar, Eb melodic minor (m.m.)
2nd bar, Ab m.m./B m.m.(Bb7 alt.)
3rd bar, Db
4th bar, A/Ab
5th bar, Gb
6th bar, Db
7th bar, E
8th bar, Eb -or- Eb m.m. -or- B m.m. (your choice)

Bridge:
Eb m.m./Gb m.m. Eb (repeats)
5th bar, Gb
6th bar, E/Eb
7th bar, Ab/Gb
8th bar, E/Eb (-or- Eb m.m. -or- B m.m...) etc.

Again, these are just possibilities, let your own ear tell you what's right. AND... keep the chord tones in mind. Scale equivalents are fine for finding a pool of available notes, but the heart of the song is in the chords.

Hope this helps, CS
