Lost My CD

I have the Johnny Hiland set of instructional books Chickin Pickin and Strictly Rythm and I have lost the cd that came with Strictly Rythm. According to interogations of household residents it may currently reside at the local landfill. Any Suggestions?

Yeah, cry and then write a song about it. Lyricwise, substitute "CD" with "love".
