I am looking for some good books related to music and country guitar theory... can you folks make any suggestions?

In my opinion, the best instructional book on theory is Dan Haerle's Scales For Jazz Improvisation. And don't be fooled by the titled--it's NOT just for jazzers; every player, regardless of preferred genre, should read it.
