Can anyone recommend a half way decent metronome.
in the market to purchase one, just wondering what some of the people out in televille are useing.

This might have nothing to do with what you're actually after...but what I use is a freeware prgram called LeafDrums. You can use it as a computerized metronome very easily by just making a measure using something like a wood block, and have it loop continuously.
Tempo is easily changed, and is in BPM. |

I have a good old windup Taktell that's been keeping time for some 35+ years, but if I'm playing anywhere near the computer, this works fine:

I use a Korg MA-20

I like the Korg KDM-2.
It is a the loudest of the standalone digital metronomes that I have tried. At 4.5" x 4" x 2" it is too big to fit in a pocket, though.
