johnny winters "rock n roll" intro

hello blues specialists out there,
i can not really figure out the intro of j.w. rock n roll. its a bad mofo-countryblues riff. can someone tell me what to do and even better: how to make up stuff like that? thats so bad and sharp.

I got that too

I tabbed that out years ago. I just don't know how to get it on here. It is in open A tuning and it really is quite simple once you see it. Most of Johnny's stuff is simple, it is just difficult to do it at the speed he does things sometimes. I've found that if you know one Winter solo, then you are well on your way to figuring out understanding all of them.
