Little Wing - hmmm...
It's a cliche, but heck - I'd like to play at the least the intro to Jimi's Little Wing, and I've listened to the song, and seen a tutorial on YouTube, and some tab, and *mostly* have it, but:
I still can't figure out what's going on in one of the very beginning licks - 3rd or 4th bar; the A-minor lick right after he hammers on/around the G-major chord. To me, it sounds like: - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -5 - - - - - - - - - - - 5 - -5h7p - - - - - - - - - - - - - -h7-5h7-5-5- - 5h7- 7 - - - - -5 5-5h7- 5 - - - - - - - - - - - - - 0 (man, hard to TAB) I just don't hear the slide down from B (7th/low E) that I see in a lot of place.... Thx! |
