Cool guitar lessons/teachers on youtube

I've only recently started to tap this never ending resource. Its like an abundant fountain of guitar goodness! Anyway two guys who Ive found quite helpful in teaching me new licks, etc are linked here:

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=g1ing...eature=related

and

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=V4nP_...eature=related

I didnt know how else to link it, so these are simply a vid by each guy. Its the bulk of their material that ive enjoyed learning from, not these two vids specifically. You can explore their other lessons if you wish. Really helped me learn a few tricks that I really should have learnt long ago... (BTW Im getting into learning more bluesy stuff)

Any one else have any favourite youtube guitar stuff to share?

lerb21 is a member of this site and also awsome at country guitar. He is a real Don Rich and Luther Perkins fan and can tab it out so even a person new to guitar, like me, can sound real good. His lessons on youtube are also a big help. My favorite part is that he tabs out the real reason I wanted to play a guitar. I am hopeing that his band make their way across the Ohio border so I can go see them. Thanks Lerb21.

I really like the steviesnacks stuff, along with our very own teleblaster 1234's videos. There are a few others I use frequently. I will post links if I can remember who they are.

This guy is not much of a teacher but you can pick up a lot of licks from him.

I'm stating the obvious here, but it's amazing what you can find on YouTube.

I used to buy song books in music stores.

Then the internet arrived and I used to download tab from the nevada.edu BBS on dial-up. This was before the World Wide Web and lots of those same text files are still floating around at various tab sites.

Then it was the www and sites like olga.net. Now it's YouTube. We're mighty lucky.

Don't forget gear demos too - I don't buy much stuff but when I do it's nice to be able to see the item being demonstrated to help with decision making.

While this guy isn't teaching licks or demoing gear specifically, this one video has been the most useful to me. I now have a low-budget multi-instrument looping and recording setup in my basement and while the amount and quality of gear I own is maybe 1/10th of what this guy has, I can do stuff just like this (well, same concept anyway - my talent is also about 1/10th of his also). I never would have thought of this if not for YouTube.

Warning: hot B-Bender Telecaster picking in this video!

+1 on deltabluestips... I've been following him for about 3 years now, sent him some money twice to repay him, but it wasn't nearly enough. That guy will get your fingers working!!! Excellent time management in the lessons, excellent material, and after playing the acoustic as hard as he will get you playing, the electric will feel like butter! I can't say enough about him.

He will get your right hand under control especially, and you'll get all different kinds of sounds out of fingerpicking. Highly recommended!

Here's one of my favorite lessons (of the 150 or so 10 min. lessons available)

This guy doesn't actually teach in terms of talking, but he does an excellent job of showing close-ups of classic songs, both fast and slow.

Here's about the closest he comes to giving advice, but it's damn good advice:

Our own tonedr has some great lessons on youtube. His rundown of "Sweet Emotion" helped me pass an audition with very little time to prep. Just search "tonedr" on youtube.
