Best Chicken Pickin' DVD

I know that this will be a total newbie post, so please don't flame!
I would like to find a great introduction video to Chicken Pickin'. I have played for many years, self taught, and have faked my way through on many country styles by a very fast picking flat pick technique. I would really like to spend the hours learning the chickn pickin' technique.
I have used a flat pick always, so double stops with fingers is a challenge that I'm willing to work on. I need a video that moves slowly, clearly shows the technique, and has some patterns and runs to work on. I would like to stay away from a thumb pick if possible, as the flat pick and middle + ring finger would work best for me.
I'm just looking for your recommendations. I appreciate the help.
