Bonnie Raitt: Something To Talk About

I'm just about finished working out the ACTUAL chord changes and licks on Bonnie Raitt's "Something To Talk About". ALL the chord changes I've found on the big "I" is way off. And it's a booger working out those bottleneck licks.

I tuned down half a step like I assumed she did so it's played in A, D, E. The licks are pretty much straight forward Am Pentatonic. I'll have it done by this weekend and load it up on my web site if anyone wants to take a look at it. One of the licks she does in the middle of the song goes like this

E--------11b--8
B------8
G--/10
That's NOT the actual lick she does. She actually hits 8 on the G for that first note. But if you slide up to and past it to catch the 8 on the D you can create the 'effect' of the bottle neck. The bend on the E at 11 is a micro tone, not all the way up to 12. You have to work at it a bit and make it REAL smooth to make it sound at all like the bottleneck (assuming you're not actually playing bottleneck :)

She follows that up at the end of the next phrase with:

E--
B--/8
G----10b--8
D-------------10

Again, my approximation for non-bottleneck.

Tab wrong for tuning down a half step

I realize I worked out the chords yesterday in my 52 RI that's tuned down a half step but then worked out the tab that I posted later on my MIM Tele that's in standard tuning!!! Knowing that... you can do the math :))
