The Tyrone Davis original is B-E C#m-E. The chorus goes C#m - F C#m - F
C#m - E - F, then back to the verse.

One of my very favoritest songs! I have about 15 different versions of it that I've compiled onto a CD that I can listen to over ... and over ... and over.

Roy changes the chorus, I think - in the key of B it would be F - E F- E F- E - F.

Somebody correct me
