159 + my 3= 162

Strats were my first love of Fenders, my Tele's outnumber my Strats 2 to 1, but I couldn't be without a couple good Strats.

1986 Squire Strat. Why? Because I was 16 in 1986 and wanted a black Squire strat but only could afford and Aria Pro II Stray Cat (still a good starter electric). I bought this one in '95, traded it to a friend a year later, tried to get it back for 10 years, finally got it back last year. It has a Li'l '59 for Tele in the bridge position.

It would have been 199 if I didn't just trade my first strat for a pedal steel guitar a few days ago....

200 + 1 + 201

heavily modified 1977. The only thing that's original is the neck, tuners, and strap buttons. It was rescued from a pawn shop. You can still see on the headstock where someone where someone put black stripes on it with electrical tape.
