Can anyone help is dating a Japanese Strat. It has the serial number on the back of the neck in the forum of:

Mark,

The one I'm looking at has "Crafted in Japan" but a V serial.

Hence, my confusion in trying to date it before committing to it.

What are they worth used?

Might be a 2006-2007 and they havent added the next letter?

Hard to say what its worth you need to remove the neck and see if you can get the model number and your date might also be on the end of the neck like Sneakys pic.
