Not a big fan
They've been pushing these lately in the various retail catalogs...you may as well put a black floyd rose on them.
Some one will buy them though. To each his own.

What a joke! Art?
I used to do that "Spin Art" stuff at local school fairs and carnivals. All you do is put the paper (in this case a guitar body) on a fast spinning turntable and drizzle different colored paint on it. That's art? It may be an interesting visual effect, but art it ain't. "Everyone is unique" - uh, yeah - I guess so! So are my kids' elementary school art projects! This is really funny if you think about it.

Back in the day (when they came out) Johnny A. had 4 of 'em!!! and in each of the three finishes with one extra. The majority of bowling ball Strats went to LaSalle Music in Boston... they had something like 20 of them and I think only 30-50 were even made.

Gee, I kinda like it...
But then, check my avatar...
It looks neat-o to me - I bet it'd be a great match with my tie-dyed shirt! Like, psychedelic camoflage! The guitar would, like, disappear, once I strapped it on! Say, what was that you sprinkled on my Wheaties this morning, Dear? |
