My strat copy almost complete

Bored today, so I thought I'd post the life of my strat copy

It's a Jim Harley copy, which started out as this horrible looking sunburst when I first got it:



So I decided to repaint it blue, which I didnt even like the look of. The headstock logo started flaking off for some reason so I sanded it all off, can still see the logo slightly where the wood darkened from sun exposure or something, and left the underneath of the logo lighter, looks pretty cool .. Anyway, in the past few weeks I've been redoing the thing, which involved stripping paint, lots of sanding and gun-stock-oiling. I redid the electronics yesterday. Here it is, I'm really pleased with how it looks now. Feel free to post comments etc :D

To be honest I dont like the SD custom custom too much, its too thick and doesnt have any articulation compared to my Bareknuckles in my LP, will get a BK HSS set asap. Needs new bridge and tuners aswell, cant wait to get it all finished :)
