Superhero strat parts!

Check out this 'Strat' on ebay, equipped with lipstick pickups and a Mighty Mouse neck!

"The neck is made by Mighty Mouse and I believe the body is made by Allparts"

Last time I looked, Sherwood green didn't look like that either! Maybe it's just the lighting.

That's not even green, let alone sherwood green. Looks more like sonic blue. And the "relic" job looks like it was done with whiteout.

Interesting nontheless. At current: $375 -- I might pay that. I'd like to know how it feels since it's a partscaster.

The guy has some oddball tastes...

Its based on one of Stevie Ray Vaughans Strats actually. Heres a pic of SRV's below:

Charley

Model: Fender Stratocaster Style
Year: Various parts used
History: Built custom from spare parts by Dallas guitar shop owner Charley Wirz. Given to SRV in 1984.

Features: Hard Tail Tremelo, Two knobs (volume and tone), rewired Danalectro Lipstick pickups, ebony neck,
white headstock. Engraved neck plate from Charley "To Stevie, More in '84" and the back of the guitar has a girlie pinup.

Songs: Couldn't Stand the Weather and Life Without You (a tribute to Charley after his 1984 death.)
