Hi,

I found this site from a link in a thread at the Fender Discussion Page. Very neat site.
I'm 48, ben playing since I was 9, played out in bands till my early 30's. I still play every day and still love it. I have a mix of vintage and high end modern guitars.
The two of most interest here would be my '54 and '74 Strats. I bought the '74 when she was about 2 years old, the '54 shortly thereafter. The '74 has 3 Dimarzio SDS-1's and a 5-way. Like a dummy, I sold the original stuff.

. But I gotta tell ya, I think it sounds better and certainly has a stronger signal. The '54 is totally original, save for a refret. Here are some pictures.
