MIM neck on Affinity Strat Body

Hey guys,

anybody put a MIM strat neck on an Affinity body?

if so, what were the results ....

It should work fine. The only thing you should watch out is that as far as I know an Affinity body is 1.5 inches thick instead of 1.75, so you will need neck mounting screws that are a little shorter.
I'm not 100% sure about this but you should check that out to make sure.

If it's a Chinese Affinity then it is a thinner body. Indonesian made Affinity Strats are standard Strat body thickness.

I swapped necks between my Affinity Tele and mim Tele, using Affinity screws on Affinity body and mim on mim - no probs. I suspect strats are the same, but not certain.
