Squier Bullet HH okay?
I'd like a Strat but no money for that.
Rated highly by customers on the sales sites, has anyone owned this and have comments? Probably would upgrade it gradually but I don't want it if it comes with a bowed neck or other significant problems. |

If you would like to hear more opinions on this guitar, head on over to "Squiretalk.com". I'm sure some of the owners over there would be glad to talk. One of the modders at the "Squier 51 Modders Forum" bought one a while back and was pleased with it. I own both a "Squier 51", and a "Vintage Modified Telecaster SSH" and am happy with my purchases. The Bullet HH you are asking about is one of the cheapest guitars they offer, and I have no experience with them. I've never even seen one except at MF's website.

Have you checked Craigslist? A bullet HH is $120 at amazon.
In the Tucson Craigslist there is a peavey strat, looks like a made in America one for $90. A bullet HH with a funky hard case for $100, a squier with gig bag for $85, and, last but not least, an Indonesian squier with case and frontman 15g amp for $80. All in the last three days. The USA peavey is a very nice guitar, and generally thought to be equal to a MIM. Good luck. |
