If I were to get this, I would obviously do several upgrades (pups, set up, ect ect). But do think I would look silly playing it?

What? This is a replica of the Jimi Hendrix guitar from the Monterey Pop Festival that he lit on fire. Little girl?

For $300 then get you a piece of history. Would look better with the lighter fluid though after it was lit. Just saying'.

For that price I'd say a lot of setup work would be necessary but of your a Jimi fan it would be cool.

Some custom 69s would give out the sound. I don't know why people are saying it looks like a girl guitar either. Guess they're not familiar with Jimi Hendrix.

I know the history of the guitar paint job, just hard for me to take it seriously. But hey beauty is in the eye of the beholder right?

I came across those the other day as well. Looks pretty cool to me, and it's probably the easiest/cheapest way of getting a Monteray Strat.
