Blender Pot and Fezz wiring ...

I found this wiring diagram for a blender pot. I also would like the Fezz Parka wiring so my tone will stay the same. TO me, it appears all I would need to do is remove the Dark Yellow wire from the Master Tone and solder it to the middle terminal on the Volume pot. Does this sound correct to you mod guys.

What a great mod Totally makes the bridge pup more useful. Took me awhile to understand the Fezz Parka part of the mod. No highs are cut rolling back the vol pot.

Blender pot installed on both my Strats. Makes the bridge not only usable, but if you have the right bridge p/u, downright enjoyable. I think it's a must mod for Strat.

I've been rocking the blender pot on my strat for a year now. It is a great way to open up more avenues for finding sounds that work for you and your style of playing. I tend to find a spot that I like and keep it that way for a while before moving on to something else. So, +1 for the blender.

The number I like is usually 6 or 7 (i.e. 60-70% bridge).

Btw, I recommend a linear pot for the blender.

Wiring a tone pot in this way makes the tone and volume interactive making the tone knob almost operate like a kind of volume knob, especially with a fuzz or melting amp. There's a bit of volume boost with the addition of treble making it feel like an on-board treble booster.
