Tappable pickups
Hi there,
I'd like to replace the bridge pickup in my MIM strat. I'm looking for a pickup that looks like a single coil (ie with pole pieces/not blades) but sounds like a humbucker. Basically I want the humbucking sound with the look of a single coil that I can tap and have it switchable between humbucker and single coil. I've been looking around and found a DiMarzio that was a noise cancelling single coil but i'm not sure that's what I want as I believe it still has the single coil sound. Am I making sense?? Cheerz YD |

Try the HS series, specifically for some of the best vintage tones ever try the HS-2. Go with the D'imarzio in single they have the nice 50's sound, then you can fatten it up in humbucker mode.
