Gold Anodized Pickguard for 62 RI?

I just bought a 62 RI body from 2000 and I'd like to put a gold anodized guard on it. Does anybody know which one will fit? Fender makes an 8-hole and a 11-hole, but the 11 hole is listed as 'Standard' and does not specifically say it will fit the American Vintage Reissues where the 8-hole does say it's for the 57 RI.

A modern 11 hole will fit the '62 just fine EXCEPT for the pickguard screw between the middle and neck pickups on the bass side.

I had an 11 hole gold anodized pickguard on a 60's Vintage Player and didn't want to drill a new hole in the body for that one screw, so I snipped the head off of a screw and glued it to the pickguard to cover up the empty spot for cosmetic purposes.

An 8 hole pickguard has much different screw placement.
