Reissue what?!

I know this might sound silly but can someone explain me whats the meaning of Reissue? And are all the body reissue made in japan? Why?
And what is the Nitro finish? Is it good for the guitar?
I got to buy a body for my new project, a stratocaster, and I would like to have the honey blonde tone or vitage white.
I want that my strat have a great value and great sound, what is better? USA or RI Japan?
And does the micro-tilt affect the value of the guitar?

Thanks,
JoaoM.

A reissue simply means they are trying to recreate what they had in past. Since it's not 1957 anymore, you can't make a new 1957 strat so you make one like that and call it a reissue. Almost any finish is good for the guitar. Nitro is good for the player.....unless he likes poly better. The guitars made in Japan are very good as a rule.

Personally, any guitar that has a micro-tilt, I don't want an original of much less a reissue of something with the micro-tilt.

Fender Japan don`t call their guitars reissues, some are real nice others are extremely average...depends on the model. There are much better made MIJs than Fender.
