Un-straight string pull

After 6 or 8 mos. of reworking my chinese bullet strat another issue has arisen. Refinished w/nitro, planed an extreme twist off the fretboad, refretted, finally made the nut and working the slots. I realise the Low E str. makes a ~10 degree bend and the others as well ,diminishing as the strings get thinner. To visualise this just imagine that with a straight string pull the nut would overhang the fretboard 5/32 to the high side. I see the only fix as plugging and repositioning the peghead holes. I'm surprised as well because most of the guitar seems very faithful to spec. I'll have to spend time and effort to make the plugs as inconspicuos as possible. Has anyone else had this? What was done? Thanks.

It's nice to have a canvas like that to train on, Robert.

True enough, but what I didn't mention is the reason for the whole project. This guitar was originally purchased for my stepson's Christmas. When I got it home and looked it had what I've always wanted but never seen, a fender neck with a complete ,deep and even curl. Thought it was fake at first but is real. It shows plainly even across the headstock. So to me it's a real keeper (ran out and bought the kid another). Does anyone know of a template/blueprint showing hole placement for the small type strat headstock? Just want to be sure I don't end up too far out, but want to achieve straight pull.

Did you use proper sting spacing for the nut? Taking into account the size of the string (you understand they are not equal distances)?

If the neck and fretboard are now straight you would think that the tuners are in the correct spot.

I am not sure i understand what the problem is but
-Maybe the 4 neck bolts need to be loosened and the neck shifted a little(do this with very loose strings)

Are you sure that you put the strings correctly on the tuners? I mean if you turn the tuner counter clockwise does the string get sharper,it should.

+1, loosen the bolts, pull the neck toward the upper horn, and re-tighten. Only thing I'd add is that you don't even need to loosen the strings that much...you don't have to back the bolts out very far at all.

I'd really like to see a pic of the guitar looking down the neck at the nut. That would probably be helpful.
