Stratocaster Vintage Style suggestion

Hi guys, I need a suggestion about Strats. I'm a Tele man and I really like the U shape neck of my Telly 52. Now I have a beautiful JV Strat 1982 (Poly and japan pickups), but it has a great neck. Medium C I think, not too thin. So I'm looking for a good Vintage Style Strats, what's your suggestions? Once I had a Fullerton Strat but has a really too thin neck and I sold it. Now I'm confused!!!
I have some choices, find a Fender JV High end model with nitro finish and USA Pickups, A good Fullerton but with fat neck, or Corona Strats from 1986-1989. The last ones seems to have fatter neck but I don't have found a lot info about the necks shape. also could be a good investment. I really don't want to pay a lot of money for a Custom Shop and I can't afford a pre CBS Strat!!!

So, please help me!!! Good vintage Srat with good neck.....and not too expensive

Well, if you find a guitar with everything you want but the neck you can always find another neck and replace it later. Or, like a lot of guys here will tell you, build what you want. That's what I did.

well, what makes a good vintage strat, for you?

And the easy answer is Fender classic series 50's or 60's, made in mexico.

They are vintage repros. Also, Fender Japan is still making plenty of great vintage style guitars.

And then there are the American Vintage Re-Issues.

And there are the squire classic vibes...

So you have a lot of options. If you are price conscious you will likely need to compromise on some things, so make some decisions on these:
- nitro vs poly
- steel trem block vs zinc
- basswood vs alder vs ash
- alnico vs ceramic vs custom shop pickups
- 9.5 vs 7.25 radius
- vintage frets vs non vintage

my mexican classic 50's neck is 7.25 radius, vintage frets, and supposedly a soft V but feels more like a fat C / U shape.

Squire classic vibes have 9.5 radius, medium C, and medium jumbo frets.

Japanese can have either 9.5 or 7.25 radius, medium C, and usually have vintage frets.

you will almost definitely have to compromise on nitro finish and steel trem block. Those just dont happen unless you are spending a bunch of money.
