I'm in the opposite lane: I NEED to get back into the Stratosphere...

My first guitar was a LP copy.

First REAL guitar was a '83 Standard Strat with input jack on the pickguard. I liked the freeflyte trem very much, oddly enough, and cut my teeth on it as a player, but found down the years I didnt' like the neck very much, so sold it last year. I don't miss it.

I've owned dozens of other guitars of various makes that have come and gone.

Also a 60s Strat in LPBlue; sold it two years back, along with a '64 Jag. Sold all my guitars, expensive ones or cheap, ones I owned for a month, etc., ones owned for years - and don't regret a single guitar I've gotten rid of. Sentimentality free in that regard.

Currently Stratless, I have a Tele with Humbucker in neck.

But lately I've been eyeing a Strat acquisition. Looking at the MIM 2009 Standard. Or the Squier Classic Vibe 60s. I like the 9.5 radius and med-jumbo frets that both have, so we'll see which one I eventually get. Any opinions on those two?
