New Warmoth neck for my Squier Bullet?

I just bought this Warmoth neck from a fellow Canadian:

This beauty from Warmoth is in absolutely new & unused condition and would be perfect for a new high quality Strat build. General specs are as follows:

- 21 fret, one-piece maple with Warmoth "Fat" back carve (1" at 1st & 12th fret);
- 7.25" fretboard radius;
- truss adjust at heel;
- medium size frets (no wear);
- pro finish (amber nitro) and decal application;
- new tuners included;
- nut included

Neck is perfectly finished in a medium amber nitro lacquer. New price from Warmoth was $400 CAD. The neck has never been mounted.

Do you think I could use this neck for my 2008 Squier Bullet? Or should I wait for a better guitar?

That neck is probably worth 2x your Bullet. I wouldn't.

it's not going to be much use without a body attached ... try it on the Bullet ... you can always upgrade to a better body and PUs later ...

What's wrong with using it on the Bullet? You can always upgrade later...

Hardtail Warmoth Strat

Last night I ordered a hardtail strat body from Warmoth, to match my Warmoth neck.

The body is poplar, it weighs 4#,1 oz. I am going to finish it myself, not a relic per se, but a crude, simple finish by design.

The vintage, flatmount bridge has a 2 1/4" (57mm) string spread.

Have not decided on pickups and electronics yet.

Well my question is related to this.

Are the Squier Bullet bodies the same specs as Fender Strats? I'm wondering if a new neck built to fit Fender Strats would fit the bullet.

The Bullets have thinner bodies than a Std Strat, but the neck pocket is the same. So, yes they share neck dimensions with Fender Strats.
