please help - is this a real 70's strat?

i never saw a headstock decal like this. and the neckplate is different then the other 70s strats. is it a fake? i would like to buy it if its a real fender. help please... sorry for my bad english :)

Hard to tell from those pics, but the decal looks too high for starters.

The first pic isn't showing for me, so I'm going off the last two.

I can't get your pics to load, but that neck plate is way wrong and the decal isn't in the proper place.

I do not think it is authentic. If you are serious, have an expert examine it.

Many things tell me this is a fake. Neckplate, scratchplate(pickguard), amount of screws securing scratchplate, decal, application of sunburst finish, neck heel. All wrong.

If it plays good, pay little.

IMO, neck plate is wrong, the headstock decal too... Be careful. It looks like a fake.

No, the one you show is not a '70's Strat. But this one is:
