Just for a bit of fun!

Pretending that you were a guitar shop owner and someone brought in a 1962 Strat to sell, what would you look for in order to tell if it was genuine or not?

There is no original receipt by the way :-)

Take the neck off to look at any markings.........the pots have a serial # and one can normally tell if those solder joints look aged! All kinds of other signs that would indicate genuine but those are the first two things I would look at.......
