New CV 60
I got a CV 60 strat today.
I have had a few strats in my time and always traded them back, but that won't happen with this one. Something about it is different. I can't describe it, but it's that mojo that these CV's have that just makes them a joy to play. I believe the hype now that I spent all night playing it. I love how the pickups have there own unique sound and still seem so Fenderesq (er Squiresq. I have the Candy Red body with a mint green guard and rosewood neck that looks great. I still love my tele (and always will) but this CV60's gonna get it's share of the guitar cable. |

I cant explain it either but my CV Tele has retired all my other guitars. MY next purchase will be the CAR CV 60's Strat just like you got.

I have become a huge fan of the CV guitars. I have a Duo-sonic coming this week (used) and I have the CV60's and CV50's (used). I also own the CV telecaster. They are all good but the best in playability and feel is the CV60's............it is just a great playing and sounding guitar. Changed the electronics and had to lose the tortoise-shell P/G!! Had a set of Fat 50's installed for a bit but reinstalled the stock ones; they sound better!!
