How to identify a Am Std Strat 1997?

I have an ooportunity to buy one at a good price with case, 350 dollars.BUT it is well played ( i can live with that) the issue is it is very heavy, and the pickguard is a white pearl(not original,I think) and it has a Humbucker in the bridge position. The single coil poles are all flat with the coil cover( no staggering). My questions are and i cant post pics, how can i tell if the body is a USA body, and is there a way to tell if the pickups are USA or otherwise?? I know for sure the neck is USA and it feels great. Thanks all.

You gotta open it up and look under the pickguard.
Here's a link to a 97 body: Link
I'm not sure if its a standard, but if it is some dead giveaways are a universal rout, microtilt, and two point trem.
And as for pickups, unless they're branded MIA its tough to tell.

Well those two together would pretty much cinch it to me...don't buy into the hype about the body rout...it's an Electric Guitar...Pickups & Strings...

Well my concern is that it is a American neck on a Asian body with the Am neck plate? I had a China body that was a 2 point tremelo so i am not sure.
Thats why i want to know how to identify the Body as USA when i buy it.I seem to remember something about CNC holes on USA bodies, that would help me out.The pickups i can tell if they are ceramic or Alnico when i look.
Thanks for the help.

Mellecaster-After looking at the pic of the USA body above i guess that if i see the micro tilt hole in the body that will answer my question.
