Hmm.. I'd personally love to see a gloss black HHH Strat with gold hardware. Black Beauty anyone?

One of the greatest guitarist I have ever heard is a named Warren Hicks who plays on YouTube with a friend of mine, he has a 1970's Fender Stratocaster that he installed 3 Univox humbucking pickups (made-in-Japan 70's era). That is one of the greatest sounding guitars I ever heard. The tone he gets out of that on rhythm guitar defies belief.
I play old school because I am old school.

This was a great stumble-upon thread. Found the pick-guard I am looking for. Some video of what a HHH strat could sound like and Warren Hicks and the Plumbdogg's channel. Going to be watching these vids all day. If that's your buddy playing, he's great also, looks like they are having fun. Warren seems to play in a very no-nonsense way I have always wanted to learn.
