One tone wonder
Hey, anybody have a diagram or can they explain how to kill the one tone pot and use only one asa the master blender, is there anyadvantages to this, I just hate playing with the controls all the time when I switch to other pup configs.Thanks.

wiring diagrams
There are wiring diagrams at Deaf Eddie's site, at Fender, Fralin, Kinman, Duncan, StewMac.
And this site is cool too http://www.guitarnuts.com/index.php If you go to a master tone, you can then use the other tone pot for a blender to get the neck/bridge or all 3 pu's, need a special pot, but it's a cool mod. |

Actually, the blender mod uses the same pot, just rewired to work like a volume. But, you have to reverse the in and out lugs from how a typical vol is wired (like they did on the Jazz Bass), so that it doesn't kill the whole guitar when you turn that pot completely down.
BTW, All the MIK Epis I've goofed with are using that "reversed lugs" deal on their vol pots...
