Accessory Kit colour question...

So I am putting together a Sonic Blue strat with a rosewood board and with a mint green scratchplate like this:

I need to decide if I go for the aged white or the parchment accessory kit.
Which is likely to look the best for this colour combo?

On these I think the real yellowed knobs look kinda weird unless its a relic Id go for the parchment or mint green aged parts.

I prefer aged white, it's a nice mellow cream color. Parchment is really almost white but you'll get away with it unless you're dong the extreme fading. Are you tinting the pickguard (scratchplate, sorry mate) further to make it look aged except for under the strings?

Whatever color the CP 60's SB strat is. I know the pg is aged mint green - but my colorblindness (really color ignorance) prevents me from nailing down the knob color.

The one in your picture looks great.

If you stain your own, coffee doesn't work on new plastic knobs, but wood dye stain does. It's not too difficult to file down the top of the knob to look like an old worn bakelite knob (soften the top edge/corner and maybe even wear one side down). Sandpaper works fine, then buff out the scratches on a bench grinder. I hate relic-ing, believe it's a sin. BUT those old knobs just look too cool because you can see where the guitar has been played and loved...
